Armed with a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology and Journalism from the University of Miami and a Master of Arts in Organizational Psychology from Columbia University, she combines academic rigor with intuitive leadership to craft people-first strategies that drive transformative change.

Her professional journey includes groundbreaking accomplishments such as spearheading the creation of AI-driven career mapping tools, leading external DEI reporting initiatives, and designing immersive global leadership programs. At Glassdoor, Stephanie developed a multi-year DEI roadmap, launched an Environmental Social Governance (ESG) taskforce, and partnered with C-suite leaders to operationalize equity and social impact strategies.
