Meet Stephanie Felix
Stephanie Aida Felix is a cultural architect, master storyteller, and visionary leader who transforms organizations through innovative strategy, creative programming, and cultural change. Born and raised on the sunlit shores of St. Croix, US Virgin Islands, her Afro-Caribbean, Afro-Taíno, and Puerto Rican heritage is the cornerstone of her life and work, inspiring a profound appreciation for resilience, equity, and creativity.
With over 15 years of global experience spanning diverse industries—including technology, finance, and the nonprofit sector—Stephanie has emerged as a trailblazer in diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI), organizational development, and social impact. Armed with a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology and Journalism from the University of Miami and a Master of Arts in Organizational Psychology from Columbia University, she combines academic rigor with intuitive leadership to craft people-first strategies that drive transformative change.
Her professional journey includes groundbreaking accomplishments such as spearheading the creation of AI-driven career mapping tools, leading external DEI reporting initiatives, and designing immersive global leadership programs. At Glassdoor, Stephanie developed a multi-year DEI roadmap, launched an Environmental Social Governance (ESG) taskforce, and partnered with C-suite leaders to operationalize equity and social impact strategies. At Indeed, she envisioned and built a global competency model for leadership development, fostering innovation and belonging across regions, including the Americas, Europe, and Asia.
Beyond corporate achievements, Stephanie’s creative spirit fuels her work as a cultural advocate and storyteller. She contributed to a documentary chronicling Hurricane Maria’s impact on the Virgin Islands, amplifying narratives of resilience and identity. An artist at heart, her studies of Renaissance art in Florence deepened her understanding of the intersection of beauty, history, and culture.
Stephanie’s personal ethos is rooted in community care, exploration, and honoring tradition. In 2021, she founded a hiking club in Austin, Texas, to reconnect with nature and celebrate its sacred role in our lives. A proud member of Alpha Kappa Alpha Sorority, Incorporated, she upholds its legacy of sisterhood, service, and scholarship. Outside of work, you’ll find her dancing to the rhythms of her heritage, practicing yoga, and traveling the globe to uncover new perspectives.
A dynamic leader, innovator, and adventurer, Stephanie is committed to building inclusive, thriving cultures and creating spaces where heritage, humanity, and innovation intersect. Whether designing strategy at scale or championing untold stories, she inspires a more connected and compassionate world.
